Essential Duties:
- Lead the deployment, configuration, and optimization of digital transformation platforms in containerized environments (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker) to ensure scalable, secure, and efficient system performance.
- Oversee seamless integration between legacy systems and modern applications, enabling digital transformation efforts through enhanced data interoperability, uninterrupted operations, compliance with industry standards, and digital thread connectivity.
- Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT projects, driving efficient scoping, planning, execution, and delivery while meeting technical, cost, and schedule objectives.
- Accelerate the company’s digital transformation objectives by supporting user adoption and satisfaction through structured training sessions, interactive workshops, and robust support resources that maximize system usability and effectiveness.
- Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams, including IT, engineering, procurement, and quality functions, to ensure system deployments are aligned with broader digital transformation strategies and operational improvements.
- Monitor the performance and health of deployed systems, troubleshoot issues, and implement enhancements to improve system reliability and efficiency.

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or related degree, from an accredited college or university.
- A minimum of nine (9) years of relevant experience including IT systems deployment, infrastructure management, and/or software development.
