Duties
- Greet guests promptly with a warm and welcoming demeanor.
- Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences and dietary restrictions.
- Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages while maintaining high standards of food presentation.
- Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the Toast POS system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and all ancillary items.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and hygiene standards to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely meal preparation.
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred, particularly in fine dining settings.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests.
- Knowledge of culinary practices and food safety regulations is essential.
- Proficiency in cash handling procedures and experience with POS systems like Toast is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
