We’re looking for an experienced Israeli Sous Chef to join our culinary team. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about authentic Israeli and Mediterranean flavors, thrives in a fast-paced kitchen, and brings creativity, consistency, and professionalism to every service.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Executive Chef in daily kitchen operations.Prepare and execute Israeli and Mediterranean dishes with authenticity and precision.Maintain high standards of flavor, presentation, and consistency.Oversee kitchen staff during prep and service; provide leadership and guidance.Help manage ordering, inventory control, and food cost management.Ensure compliance with all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines.Assist in menu development, specials, and seasonal updates.Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient working environment.RequirementsProven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Line Cook ready to step up.Strong knowledge of Israeli, Mediterranean, and Middle Eastern cuisine.Ability to lead a team with professionalism and clear communication.Highly organized with excellent multitasking skills.Reliable, punctual, and able to thrive under pressure.What We’re Looking For:Someone friendly, dependable, and a natural team player.A chef who takes pride in their craft and cares deeply about quality.Creative, solution-oriented, and passionate about elevating every dish.
