Role Description
The VP of Sales will be responsible for developing new business and support channel partners across international market. Candidates must be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit who can operate independently to build long-lasting clients and partner relationships. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with some of the best talents & veterans in the industry and experience the latest innovation of telecommunication technologies.
Responsibilities
Channel Partner Management
· Achieve the quarterly sales quota for the territory
· Manage channel partners’ sales & marketing requirements
· Support the reseller lead generating activities
· Perform market analysis for each country in territory
· Identify, qualify, and onboard new reseller partners in the territory
· Support reseller service and support activities
· Work with partners for completion of tender responses
· General Business Development
· Contact prospects through a range of mediums (social media, networking, referrals, cold calling)
· Qualify leads from marketing campaigns and convert to opportunities
· Identify client needs and propose ideal products/services
· Engage, build, and maintain long-term trusting relationships with direct clients
· Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market
· Report to the company management team on territory results
· Ensure CRM information is accurately updated and maintained
· Respond to tenders, RFP, RFI as needed
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience
· 5 years Channel Partner management experience
· 3 years B2B Telecommunication sales experience
· Technology Solution selling background in IT & Telecommunication
· Excellent networking skills
· Excellent communication and presentation skills
· Technical background of IT & telecom software and/or hardware
