As an HR Intern, you’ll support key functions across recruiting, onboarding, and HR operations—while helping us deliver an exceptional experience to both candidates and team members.
What You’ll Do
- Support recruiting efforts across multiple practice locations, including posting jobs, reviewing resumes, and coordinating interviews
- Assist with candidate communication and help create a positive hiring experience
- Help facilitate new hire onboarding, including collecting documentation and preparing onboarding materials
- Provide support with payroll and tax-related tasks, such as organizing employee records and assisting with compliance documentation
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and HR systems
- Assist with tracking applicant data and recruiting metrics
- Support day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
- Contribute to special projects and process improvements as needed
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or currently pursuing with expected graduation date)
- Interest in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills and a professional, team-oriented mindset
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Eagerness to learn and take initiative in a dynamic environment
- Hands-on experience supporting recruiting across a growing healthcare organization
- Exposure to onboarding, HR systems, and compliance processes
- Insight into payroll and tax-related HR functions
