Job Title: Quality Engineer Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled Quality Engineer Supervisor to lead our quality team in ensuring the successful integration of quality standards into new product development and existing manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the main quality liaison with Engineering and R&D to define and implement effective process controls for new product introductions.
• Monitor, measure, analyze, and evaluate the performance of current manufacturing processes to ensure quality standards are met or exceeded.
• Support and contribute to the development and reporting of Cost of Quality metrics.
• Supervise and mentor a team of quality inspectors and auditors, promoting accountability and professional development.
• Oversee non-conforming output management, including RMA and NCMR processes and investigations.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action efforts for quality-related issues.
• Conduct lab testing and perform measurements on production coated materials to validate product performance and process capability.
• Use data analysis to identify trends, drive decision-making, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external quality standards, regulatory requirements, and customer specifications.

Salary : $82,944 - $115,200
