SUMMARY: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Teen Adventure Counselor to join our team. As a key member of our summer staff, you will be responsible for leading groups of up to 12 teen campers on exciting outdoor adventures.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead groups of teen campers on outdoor activities such as hiking, camping, and meal planning.
- Develop and implement creative programs and activities that promote teamwork, leadership, and personal growth.
- Maintain a safe and inclusive environment for all campers and staff.
- Collaborate with the tripping director to plan and execute trip itineraries.
- Provide excellent customer service to campers and their families.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience working with teenagers in a camp or outdoor setting.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- First Aid and CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire).
