About the Position
We are seeking an Automation Solutions Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise to customers, ensuring their successful adoption of our IIoT solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Level 1 technical support for ei3 application setup, API integrations, system configurations, and data connectivity.
- Diagnose and resolve configuration and connectivity issues, ensuring seamless data exchange between industrial automation systems, cloud platforms, and IoT devices.
- Support specification development for new feature requests and enterprise integration opportunities.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, FAQs, integration guides, and best practices, contributing to an internal knowledge base to enhance customer self-service.
- Conduct training sessions for customers and internal teams to ensure they maximize the value of our solutions.
- Support the sales and onboarding teams by providing technical expertise in pre-sales discussions, product demonstrations, and customer presentations.
About You:
- Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent work experience.
- Up to 3 years of experience in technical support, sales engineering, or a related role.
- Internship experience—particularly in IIoT, industrial automation, or API integration—is a plus.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, Webhooks, OAuth, and industrial communication protocols is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Strong verbal and written communication and presentation skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
