Responsibilities:
- Develop regional marketing plans for products and execute strategic actions.
- Effectively communicate value proposition to distributors and contractors.
- Develop new customer accounts with exceptional service.
- Handle customer questions, complaints, and concerns.
- Develop relationships with market channel personnel.
- Work with mechanical engineers to specify products on projects.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1-3 years' experience in B2B HVAC or construction outside sales.
- Ability to travel 50% of time to customers and industry events.
- Effective oral and written communication ability.
