Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Resort Assistant Manager to join our Front Office team. This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Front Desk, Concierge, and Guest Services departments, ensuring that all guests receive exceptional service and a memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the Front Desk, Concierge, and Guest Services teams, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
- Interview, train, and schedule staff, conducting performance evaluations and addressing any issues that may arise.
- Coordinate arrivals, departures, and billing requirements for all guests, blocking rooms and resolving any discrepancies.
- Ensure that all financial and credit procedures are followed, following up on credit problems with the Director of Front Office and/or Credit Manager.
- Resolve customer complaints from all areas of the hotel, handling guest interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism.
