Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Electrical Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial production and processing equipment, pipeline distribution systems, and conveyors.
Main Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including inspection, testing, and repair of equipment.
- Collaborate with the Engineering team on equipment installation, testing, and release.
- Record maintenance activities accurately within a CMMS.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to AC drives, motors, encoders, and resolvers.
- Calibrate flow, level, pressure, and temperature devices and loops.
- Perform repairs and rebuilds on bearings, conveying systems, and gearboxes.
- Maintain hydraulic and pneumatic systems as well as rotating equipment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance, particularly in an electrical maintenance technician role.
- Strong understanding of PLCs, drives, motors, networking, and communications systems.
- Proficiency with calibration, testing, and maintenance of production equipment.
- Familiarity with hydraulic, pneumatic, and rotating systems.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics.
