Sales and Marketing of Apartments
We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our team as a Leasing and Marketing Specialist. This role involves leasing and marketing all available apartments, as well as assisting the Site Manager in the general administration of the property.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities:
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in leasing and sales, as well as excellent written and oral communication skills. A working knowledge of fair housing laws is also required. Some college coursework in marketing and/or general business studies or at least one year of sales experience is preferred.

- Answering phone calls from prospective residents
- Showcasing apartments to potential customers
- Completing the processing of all applications
- Marketing the property through various channels
- Preparing reports for management
- Maintaining general office files and records
- Assisting with maintenance tasks, including work order system
- Treating guests with kindness, courtesy, and professionalism
- Performing other duties assigned by the Site Manager
