- Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new leads
- Maintain a thorough understanding of DTN's properties and services
- Cultivate strong relationships with current and future residents, employees, and community members
- Utilize approved software to efficiently manage leads, leases, and resident needs
- Present leases to future residents and renewing current residents
- Enter work orders received and follow up after completion to ensure customer satisfaction
