We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laboratory Operations Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the current state of laboratory operations, including financial streams, laboratory services, and resources.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and generate new revenue streams.
- Develop a comprehensive plan to implement changes and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with laboratory staff and leadership to ensure successful implementation.
- Examine the implications of increasing the scope of private testing from a financial and regulatory perspective.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of laboratory finances, including purchasing of laboratory equipment and program revenue analysis.
- Previous experience working in the Government space with a strong understanding of Ohio business laws and regulations.
- Previous consulting experience on similar projects.
