We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Laboratory Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for analyzing the current state of laboratory operations, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to increase efficiency and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze the current state of laboratory operations, including financial streams, laboratory services, and resources.
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and generate new revenue streams.
- Develop a comprehensive plan to implement changes and monitor progress.
- Collaborate with laboratory staff and leadership to ensure successful implementation.
- Examine the implications of increasing the scope of private testing from a financial and regulatory perspective.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of laboratory finances, including purchasing of laboratory equipment and program revenue analysis.
- Previous experience working in the Government space with a strong understanding of Ohio business laws and regulations.
- Previous consulting experience on similar projects.
