As an Environmental Control Project Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that environmental control projects are completed efficiently and effectively. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Tasks:
- Receive and prioritize weekly project submissions, and communicate with project stakeholders to ensure timely completion.
- Prepare project approval and denial correspondence, and issue violation letters as disclosed by weekly inspections.
- Track violations from beginning through compliance, and maintain concise files on all violations and subsequent actions.
- Post fines as appropriate, communicate with violators to discuss violation and requirements for clearance, and prepare documentation and evidence for violation hearings.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED, and one to three years related experience and/or training.
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
- Strong analytical skills, self-motivation, and ability to develop and execute projects under time constraints.
