Job Summary:
\We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) to join our team. As an EMT, you will respond to emergency and non-emergency medical requests, providing high-quality care and customer service to patients.
\Responsibilities:
\- Assess patients' conditions, determine necessary care, and deliver emergency services using appropriate medical techniques and equipment. \
- Document patient information, condition, and treatment while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights. \
- Maintain a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients. \
- Operate an ambulance in conjunction with applicable safety policies and traffic laws. \
- Collaborate with allied health and public safety personnel as well as fellow EMTs.
Requirements:
\- Must be at least 18 years old. \
- High School Diploma or equivalent required. \
- CPR/BLS certification required. \
- Pass Physical Ability Test (PAT). \
- Some work experience in healthcare preferred.
