Responsibilities and Requirements
- Complete journal entries, reconciliations, and consolidations in a timely manner.
- Maintain all general ledger accounts, including reconciliations and variance analysis.
- Develop the financial forecast as well as annual and quarterly budgets.
- Initiate process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Take the lead on software implementation opportunities.
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance.
- 5 years of experience or equivalent in a management role.
- Strategic and collaborative mindset.
