About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as an ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) therapist. In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of children with autism and their families.
As an ABA therapist, you will work one-on-one with children to implement evidence-based interventions that promote skill development, independence, and improved communication. You will be responsible for implementing ABA therapy techniques under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
Your responsibilities will include:
- Implementing ABA therapy techniques in a supportive and structured environment.
- Teaching and reinforcing appropriate social, communication, and behavioral skills.
- Fostering a positive and engaging therapeutic relationship with clients.
- Conducting assessments, collecting data, and tracking progress.
Requirements
- Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with individuals on the autism spectrum is preferred but not required.
