- Implementing ABA therapy techniques under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Providing one-on-one therapy sessions to children following individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs.
- Teaching and reinforcing appropriate social, communication, and behavioral skills in a supportive and structured environment.
- Fostering a positive and engaging therapeutic relationship with clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
- Conducting assessments, collecting data, and tracking progress to ensure effective treatment outcomes.
- Collaborating with the BCBA and interdisciplinary team members to review progress, address concerns, and modify treatment plans as necessary.
- Communicating effectively with parents/caregivers, providing updates on therapy goals, progress, and strategies for generalization of skills to the home setting.
- Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of therapy sessions, including progress notes and data collection.
- Participating in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills in ABA therapy.
