Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional service to our guests. As a Server, you will be responsible for creating memorable dining experiences by delivering high-quality food and beverage service while ensuring guest satisfaction.

Duties

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Present menus, take orders, and provide recommendations based on guest preferences.
• Prepare and serve food and beverages in accordance with restaurant standards
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the dining area and service stations.
• Process transactions accurately using Toast POS system, including handling payments.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery and address any guest concerns promptly.
• Uphold fine dining etiquette and maintain a polished appearance while on duty.
• Assist in food preparation when necessary, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or fine dining is preferred but not required.
• Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently.
• Basic math skills for processing orders and handling payments accurately.
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques and sanitation practices is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
