What You’ll Do:
The Housekeeping Stocker supports the efficiency of the housekeeping department by ensuring all storage areas and supply closets are stocked, organized and ready for daily operations. This role monitors and maintains inventory levels of linens, terry, and cleaning supplies; transports soiled linens to the laundry department; and assists with light cleaning of the storerooms/supply closets. The Housekeeping Stocker plays an essential part in maintaining smooth workflow across the property. This position is located on premises in Breckenridge, CO. Transitional housing may be available.
Position range $19.81- $21.00 DOE
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Replenish and stock housekeeping closets with clean linens, terry, amenities, chemicals, and other supplies to ensure all cleaners have the materials needed for daily operations.
- Monitor and track inventory levels of linens, terry, amenities, cleaning supplies, and equipment; communicate shortages, discrepancies, and needs to leadership.
- Collect and remove dirty linens and terry from housekeeping carts or designated drop off areas on guest floors, transport soiled items to the laundry department for processing.
- Organize storage and supply areas to ensure cleanliness, accessibility, accurate labeling, and compliance with safety standards.
- Inspect linen closets and storage spaces regularly to ensure they remain clean, orderly, and free from hazards.
- Assist housekeeping team members by replacing missing supplies and supporting operational needs during busy periods.
- Follow all resort sanitation and safety guidelines.
- Use equipment, tools and PPE properly and safely.
- Provide friendly and helpful guest service when interacting with visitors, including answering basic questions or directing them to resort services.
Education and Experience:
