Requirements:
Current RN licensure in the state of Pennsylvania
1 years of experience as an RN, with a strong desire to grow and develop as a leader
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups of individuals
Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering high-quality patient care
