Requirements:
- Active Oregon State Nail Technician License (required)
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art.
- Ensure all tools and equipment are properly sanitized and maintained according to health and safety standards.
- Provide excellent customer service by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and offering tailored recommendations.
- Upsell additional services and products to enhance the client experience.
- Stay updated on the latest trends in nail technology and techniques to provide innovative services.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation to ensure a pleasant environment for clients.
- Assist in promoting salon services through social media or other marketing channels.
Skills
- Proficient in Cosmetology practices related to nail care.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Experience in Upselling additional services or products effectively.
- Knowledge of Color Theory as it applies to nail design.
- Attention to detail with a creative flair for nail artistry.

There is no booth rental. This position is commission-based within a high-earning salon environment.
