Pay: $55.00 to $72.00 per hour, based on licensure, experience, clinical background, and wellness scope

Estimated Total Compensation: $115,000 to $175,000 annualized for full-time providers, including base pay, eligible service commission, and performance-based bonus opportunities

Program Builder Upside: Providers who help grow wellness memberships, GLP-1 programs, hormone optimization, IV therapy, peptides, and long-term patient care may be eligible for higher performance-based compensation

Schedule: Flexible schedule based on provider availability, patient demand, program growth, and clinic needs

About Beauté Paris

Beauté Paris Med Spa & Wellness is a physician-led boutique practice in West Austin offering relationship-based wellness care across metabolic health, hormones, IV therapy, peptides, preventative aging, and personalized optimization. We are looking for a clinically grounded PA-C or FNP who enjoys patient education, lab review, thoughtful treatment planning, and longitudinal care.

Clinical Scope

The provider will support care across:

• Integrative wellness consultations and follow-up visits

• Concierge wellness memberships and transformation plans

• GLP-1 weight management and metabolic optimization

• Hormone optimization, including BHRT and TRT where appropriate

• Peptide and cellular signaling protocols

• IV nutrition and wellness therapies

• Wellness clearance and treatment suitability reviews

• Good Faith Exam support and med spa aesthetic clinical reviews

• Lab review, patient education, documentation, and follow-up care

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive wellness consultations and follow-up visits

• Review labs, symptoms, medical history, patient goals, and treatment response

• Manage patient care within physician-led protocols and documentation standards

• Support weight management, hormone optimization, peptide, IV therapy, and wellness protocols

• Support Good Faith Exam workflows, clinical reviews, contraindication screening, and escalation when needed

• Educate patients on treatment plans, expectations, safety, lifestyle support, and long-term wellness goals

• Build and retain a loyal wellness patient base through trust, outcomes, and continuity of care

• Collaborate with ownership, the medical director, and the front-office team

Qualifications

• Active Texas PA-C or FNP license in good standing

• Prescriptive authority required or ability to obtain required prescriptive authority before beginning applicable duties

• Must have, or be able to obtain, an individual NPI and DEA registration as required for the role

• Must be willing to complete any required practice address, delegation, credentialing, or prescribing setup before performing applicable services

• Experience in integrative wellness, functional medicine, internal medicine, preventive care, hormone optimization, weight management, IV therapy, or related fields preferred

• Comfortable reviewing laboratory panels and managing longitudinal patient care

• Familiarity with Good Faith Exam workflows, treatment clearance, contraindication screening, and clinical documentation preferred

• Strong patient education and communication skills

• Professional, polished, and comfortable working with a discerning patient population

• Ability to work within physician-led protocols, medical director oversight, and established practice standards

Compensation and Benefits

Beauté Paris offers a compensation structure designed to reward clinical care, patient retention, schedule utilization, and wellness program growth. For full-time providers, estimated total compensation may range from $115,000 to $175,000 annualized, depending on experience, schedule, patient volume, program growth, clinical responsibilities, and collected revenue.
