Pay: $45.00 to $65.00 per hour, plus commission and bonus opportunities

Estimated Total Compensation: $90,000 to $225,000 annualized for full-time providers, based on schedule, experience, production, patient retention, and collected revenue

Elite Provider Upside: Established injectors with proven production, strong patient retention, social demand, or a documented transferable book may be considered for customized compensation structures with $150,000 to $250,000 annualized earning potential

Bonus: Sign-on and retention bonus opportunities available for qualified candidates

Schedule: Initial 3 to 4 day weekly schedule available for providers building a book. Customized schedules may be considered for established providers with documented demand.

Beauté Paris Med Spa & Wellness is a physician-led boutique practice in West Austin devoted to preventative aging and subtle, elegant rejuvenation. We provide our team with luxury brand support, advanced clinical protocols, medical oversight, marketing support, front-desk scheduling, and a beautiful practice environment so you can focus on what you do best: delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

This is not a transactional injector role. Beauté Paris is building an injectable category around artistry, restraint, safety, long-term facial planning, and patient trust.

The right provider will be clinically confident, polished, and motivated to build a loyal returning book inside a supported, physician-led environment. Compensation may include base hourly pay, commission opportunities, sign-on or retention bonus opportunities, and customized structures for established providers with proven production, strong patient retention, or a documented transferable book of business.

Commission-forward structures may be considered for highly established providers who prefer a more production-based model.

The schedule is designed around provider experience, existing patient demand, production history, and practice growth.

For a provider joining without an established transferable book, Beauté Paris can support clientele growth with an initial 3 to 4 day per week schedule, allowing enough presence to build consistency, patient relationships, and returning demand.

Providers with a documented transferable book, strong social presence, existing patient demand, or proven production history may be considered for a customized schedule based on expected patient flow.

• Perform aesthetic consultations and individualized treatment planning
• Deliver neuromodulator and dermal filler treatments with a natural, refined aesthetic
• Incorporate regenerative aesthetics where appropriate, including Sculptra, Radiesse, PRF, and PRP
• Educate patients on facial aging, facial balancing, skin quality, and long-term planning
• Build trust, continuity, and returning patient demand
• Collaborate with ownership and medical leadership on safety standards, protocols, inventory, and patient experience
• Help uphold the clinical and aesthetic standard of the injectable category as the practice grows

• Active Texas RN, APRN, or PA license in good standing
• At least 1 year of true hands-on aesthetic injection experience treating real clients or patients
• Experience with neuromodulators and dermal fillers required
• Strong consultation and treatment planning skills
• Sound clinical judgment and ability to work within established protocols
• Aesthetic style that favors subtlety, balance, longevity, and tissue integrity
• Professional warmth and maturity with a discerning patient population
• Desire to build a loyal returning patient base over time
• Portfolio of before-and-after work required, either through Instagram or a professional gallery

Beauté Paris offers a compensation structure designed to reward clinical excellence, artistry, patient retention, and production. For strong full-time injectors, estimated total compensation may range from $90,000 to $225,000 annualized. Highly established injectors with a documented patient book, proven revenue history, strong patient retention, or strong transferable demand may be considered for customized compensation with $150,000 to $250,000 annualized earning potential.

Commission is calculated strictly on eligible service revenue actually collected by the practice. Full compensation structure and terms will be provided during the interview process.
