Position Overview
As an Aesthetic Nurse Injector, you will play a key role in helping patients achieve natural, confidence-boosting results through advanced injectable treatments and personalized aesthetic care.
This role is ideal for a skilled injector who combines strong clinical expertise with an artistic eye, exceptional patient communication, and a passion for delivering outstanding outcomes.
You will conduct consultations, develop individualized treatment plans, perform aesthetic injectable procedures, and build lasting relationships with patients through education, trust, and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform aesthetic injectable treatments, including Botox®, Dysport®, dermal fillers, and other approved injectable services.
- Conduct comprehensive consultations and develop personalized treatment plans based on patient goals.
- Educate patients on treatment options, expected outcomes, and post-treatment care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed treatment documentation.
- Build and maintain strong patient relationships that encourage retention and referrals.
- Collaborate with providers and clinic team members to deliver a seamless patient experience.
- Stay current on aesthetic trends, products, techniques, and industry best practices.
- Adhere to all safety, compliance, and infection-control standards.
What We're Looking For
- Active Texas Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
- Minimum of 2 years of aesthetic injection experience.
- Experience performing neurotoxins and dermal filler treatments.
- Strong knowledge of facial anatomy and aesthetic treatment planning.
- Exceptional communication and consultation skills.
- Passion for aesthetics, wellness, and delivering exceptional patient experiences.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to natural-looking results.
- Growth mindset and desire to continuously develop clinical and artistic skills.
Preferred Experience
Experience with one or more of the following is a plus:
- Advanced filler techniques
- Full-face assessment and treatment planning
- Wellness and longevity medicine environments
- Laser and energy-based treatments
- Patient education and treatment plan development
- Luxury hospitality or concierge-style patient care
