Through patient education, our treatment coordinators ensure our patients fully understand what their treatment plans involve and help to increase case acceptance. - Build patient relationships and provide exceptional customer service by creating a calm and warming environment.
- Act as a liaison or case manager between the practice and the patient.
- Review treatment plan with patients, answer questions and concerns, discuss financial options, and make financial agreements regarding treatment, cost, and method of payment
- Collect payments and copays.
- Monitor, schedule, and call patients to fill any Doctor or Hygiene openings.
- Ensure that patients with outstanding balances are informed of the practice’s financial policy.
- Schedule new patients within two to four days of their initial call.
- Ensure that all patient records are current and accurate.
Qualifications:
- Customer service/sales experience
- Dental office experienced (preferred)
