We are seeking a full-time Supervisor to join our team in Bowie, MD. This on-site role involves overseeing the day-to-day activities of the team, managing case management services, coordinating with families to ensure quality support, and supervising the staff to maintain operational efficiency. The Supervisor will also ensure compliance with local regulations, facilitate communication between stakeholders, and identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance client services.
- Experience in case management, coordinating services, and client family engagement
- Proficiency in team leadership, staff supervision, and operational oversight
- Strong organization and problem-solving skills with an ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of community support services, employment assistance, and housing placement
- Familiarity with state regulations and compliance standards, especially related to healthcare or social services
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Human Services, or a related field preferred
