The Supervisor role is a full-time, on-site position located in Bowie, MD. The Supervisor will oversee daily operations, manage team performance, and ensure the delivery of quality case management and support services to clients. Responsibilities include supervising team members to meet objectives, maintaining compliance with regulations, coordinating schedules, monitoring overall performance, and fostering a positive team environment.
