- Mileage: Average 2,000–2,500 miles per week
- Training: Structured OTR training with a trainer for approximately 4–6 weeks; on-road mentoring until ready for solo assignments
- Shift: Drivers must be available for day or night driving
- $1,200–$1,400 weekly pay (dependent on miles and pay tier)
- Trainee pay: $650 per week during training
- Per-mile pay: ranges vary by experience and miles — new graduate and experienced pay tiers apply (per-mile ranges: approximately $0.43–$0.72 depending on experience and productivity)
- Monthly performance bonus up to $0.06 per mile for meeting criteria (e.g., high mileage threshold, safe operation, fuel efficiency)

- Graduate of an accredited truck driving school (minimum 120 hours)

- Stable work history (generally stable 10‑year history; minimum six months in the last year or one year in the last three years)
- Ability to pass pre-employment urine and hair drug screens; certain criminal convictions reviewed case-by-case
