Beast Mode Truckin seeks experienced Class A drivers for a dedicated regional account operating in TX, NM, AZ, NV, UT, and CO. This is a dedicated, predictable position with modern automatic tractors, consistent miles, and weekly home time. The role is 100% touch freight: drivers place boxes onto gravity rollers in trailers and do not remove items from rollers or shelve product in-store.
- Primary responsibilities
- Operate Class A commercial vehicles safely and in compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
- Handle 100% touch freight by loading boxes onto gravity rollers to transport product to store receiving areas; not responsible for removing product from rollers or shelving.
- Perform pre‑trip and post‑trip inspections; report maintenance needs promptly.
- Maintain accurate Hours of Service (HOS) logs and required paperwork.
- Protect cargo integrity and follow securement procedures for dry freight.
- Provide professional customer service at delivery and communicate effectively with dispatch.
- Schedule & equipment
- Dedicated regional lanes serving TX, NM, AZ, NV, UT, CO.
- Top‑of‑the‑line automatic transmission sleeper tractors with 53' dry vans.
- Home every week for a 34‑hour reset.
- Drivers on account average approximately 2,000 miles per week.
- Compensation & benefits
- Average weekly pay: approximately $1400 - $1600; paid weekly.
- Pay: $0.56–$0.63 per mile based on experience.
- Additional load pay: $285 per load (avg. 2–3 loads per week).

- Paid orientation (consistent with company practice) at the nearest terminal.
- Minimum qualifications
- Age 21 or older with a valid Class A CDL.
- At least 3 months of OTR or regional driving experience in the last 12 months.
- No more than two moving violations in the last three years.
- No DOT‑recordable preventable accidents in the last five years.
- No major moving violations (e.g., 15 mph over limit, reckless driving, following too closely) in the last 12 months.
- Must never have failed or refused a DOT drug or alcohol test; drivers requiring SAP certification are not eligible.
- Valid DOT medical card with at least 75 days remaining at the time of orientation.
- Applicants terminated from their most recent two driving positions (Class A or B) for safety‑related reasons will not qualify.
- Residence requirement: must live within 75 miles of Deming, NM; Abilene, TX; Lubbock, TX; or El Paso, TX, or within 100 miles of Odessa, TX.
