This Business Development Representative role offers an excellent opportunity to develop professional sales skills while building relationships with customers across North America. You will receive hands on training, gain in depth product knowledge, and learn sales strategies designed to support long term career growth.
Qualifications:
- Available to work full-time onsite, Monday-Friday from 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Strong computer skills including email and Microsoft Office applications
- Comfortable and professional telephone communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong work ethic, reliability and consistent attendance
- Self motivated with a desire to succeed
- Enjoys engaging with people and conducting outreach calls
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively contacting existing customers who have not purchased recently to re-establish relationships
- Following up with customers after outside sales visits
- Occasionally traveling with outside sales reps to customer branch locations across the United States
- Participating in trade shows alongside sales teams
- Developing knowledge of bearing products for future sales advancement
