The General Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and sales of the branch. In addition to setting individual and branch sales goals, this individual will facilitate the sales team's success by setting the direction for the branch, training, coaching, communicating, helping them build their businesses, and removing obstacles to their success.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Business Development

• Develop and execute growth strategies to achieve increased market share and overall P&L targets.
• Analyze regional market trends, including verticals, to uncover business opportunities and shape competitive strategy
• Identify innovative approaches to revenue growth and market expansion
  
  

Leadership & Talent Development

• Inspire and guide teams by setting a clear vision, establishing priorities, and providing consistent coaching and performance feedback.
• Lead by example to attract top talent, foster continuous development, inspire engagement, and cultivate a culture of retention and growth.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, Marketing, HR, and Finance to ensure alignment and successful plan execution.
  
  

Operational Excellence

• Lead with a servant mindset to inspire teams, streamline operations, and ensure strong financial stewardship. Manage annual budgets, including branch P&Ls; provide mitigation strategies for potential shortfalls.
• Champion a customer-first mindset by ensuring flawless execution in service, installation, and customer interactions.
• Uphold the highest standards of compliance, ethics, and operational integrity across all branch activities.
• Lead execution of SLAs to enhance service quality, operational agility, and team culture.
  
  

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of experience in sales and/or operations, with at least 5 years in field leadership roles.
• Proven track record of P&L responsibility, ideally within the service or security industry.
• Strong experience in:
• Strategic planning and business execution.
• Coaching and developing teams.
• Driving operational performance and delivering results.
