We are seeking a highly skilled and service-oriented Executive IT Support Specialist to provide white-glove technical support to senior leadership and key stakeholders. This role is critical in ensuring a seamless, secure, and efficient technology experience for executives in a fast-paced, high-visibility environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives under pressure, with a strong ability to manage sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-touch, personalized IT support to executives, both in-person and remotely
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all executive technical needs, ensuring rapid response and resolution
- Configure, deploy, and maintain executive devices including laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals
- Manage and support conferencing technologies, including video meetings, presentations, and live events
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues with urgency and precision
- Coordinate with internal IT teams and external vendors to resolve complex issues
- Maintain executive-level security standards, including device hardening, access controls, and data protection
- Support office setups, executive home offices, and travel-related IT needs
- Document processes, systems, and recurring issues to improve service delivery
- Anticipate needs and proactively prevent technical disruptions
Qualification
- 5 years of experience in IT support, with at least 5 years supporting executives or VIP users
- Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows operating systems
- Experience with mobile device management (MDM), identity/access tools, and collaboration platforms (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoom, Slack)
- Experience with Google Workspace, Zoom, Slack, and A/V platforms
- Networking infrastructure experience with VLANs, DNS, DHCP, VPNs
- Solid understanding of networking fundamentals, security best practices, and endpoint management
- Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues quickly and effectively
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-growth or fast-paced environments
- Familiarity with AV systems and executive meeting support
- Certifications such as CompTIA A , Apple ACMT, Cisco CCNA
- Experience supporting hybrid or remote executive teams
