Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Deployment Technician to join our team on-site in Tempe, AZ. The Deployment Technician will be responsible for installing, configuring, and supporting desktop computer systems, performing software installations, providing technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and repairing computer hardware as required. The technician will work closely with the IT team to ensure customer satisfaction by delivering reliable solutions that meet operational needs.
Qualifications
- Experience with Desktop Computers and Computer Repair
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support
- Familiarity with Software Installation processes
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment
- Certifications such as CompTIA A or equivalent are a plus
- Prior experience in IT deployment or technical support roles is advantageous
