Bear Trap AJJ is Hiring: Striking / Combat Sports Coach
We are looking for an experienced Striking Coach (Muay Thai / Boxing / MMA / Kickboxing) to join our team at Bear Trap AJJ in Muskegon, MI.
Whether you are looking to coach group classes, lead private training, or both, we have open floor hours for a reliable coach who knows how to teach solid technique to everyone from beginners to active competitors.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience in Muay Thai, Boxing, MMA, or Kickboxing (coaching or competitive background).
- Ability to run structured, high-energy group classes following a curriculum.
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a focus on student safety/form.
Position Details:
- Type: At will Employee
- Pay: $30 per class (base, with incentives to earn up to 20% of Program Revenue)
- Schedule: [Weekday evenings, Flexible]
