Our office is located in Newport Beach within walking distance to our Lido location. This position would be an in office position with some flexibility for remote work. We are open and willing to train the right applicant.Key responsibilities of this position would include but not limited to:Maintain accurate employee records and documentationSupport the coordination of employee benefits information and inquiriesCoordinate meetings and manage calendarAssist with various HR projects and reportingAssist with ensuring compliance with local, state and federal lawsRequired Qualifications and Skills:Strong knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Word and ExcelExcellent organizational skills and attention to detailAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
