What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mandarin-Speaking Lead Preschool Teacher position at Bear Cub Mandarin Immersion Preschool Academy?
We are seeking passionate and experienced native Mandarin-speaking early childhood professionals to join our preschool team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with teaching teams to develop monthly curriculum, lesson plans, and classroom newsletters
- Observe and document student development through daily notes and photos
- Lead and support circle time and classroom activities
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment
- Assist with toileting, diaper changes, handwashing, and hygiene routines
- Support children during snack and mealtime, including preparation and clean-up
- Build strong relationships with students and their families
- Maintain and pursue EEC certification and professional development
- Promote a warm, inclusive, and developmentally appropriate learning environment
Qualifications:
- Native Mandarin speaker
- Degree and/or relevant background in early childhood education
- EEC certification or working toward certification
