Bear Capital Partners, Inc. is seeking a highly organized, professional Executive Assistant to support the CEO across a portfolio of operating businesses and investment activities.
This is a pure Executive Assistant role focused on calendar management, coordination, communication, and administrative excellence. The position is ideal for a seasoned EA who enjoys supporting a senior executive in a fast-paced, confidential, and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a complex executive calendar, including meetings, calls, travel, and site visits
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, presentations, and travel
- Prepare agendas, briefing materials, and follow-up items
- Screen, prioritize, and manage email and correspondence
- Draft routine communications on behalf of the CEO
- Serve as a professional point of contact with advisors, partners, and stakeholders
- Track action items and deadlines to ensure timely follow-through
- Maintain organized digital and document filing systems
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Qualifications
- 3–7 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Senior Administrative Assistant
- Experience supporting a CEO or senior executive strongly preferred
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- High level of professionalism, discretion, and judgment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $95,000 – $125,000 (commensurate with experience)
- Performance-based bonus potential
