How You Get Paid
We pay a percentage of the cleaning price (before tax):
- Recurring Cleanings: 40% (minimum $90 per job)
- Deep Cleans & Move-Out Cleanings: 50% (minimum $90 per job)
If you clean solo, you receive the full percentage.
If you work with another cleaner, the pay is split evenly, allowing you to complete larger jobs faster while reducing physical strain.
We also guarantee a minimum of $20 per hour. If your percentage falls below that rate, we'll adjust your pay accordingly.

As an independent cleaning partner:
