Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation of food items according to recipes and standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
- Follow food handling and safety guidelines to ensure high-quality standards are met.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to guest inquiries and requests promptly.
- Support food runners, other kitchen team members, and FOH.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service environment is required.
- Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is required.
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- A passion for cooking and willingness to learn new techniques.
