Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, and desserts with attention to detail and quality standards
• Decorate pastries and deserts using advanced techniques to create visually appealing treats
• Package baked goods efficiently for presentation and sale, maintaining freshness and hygiene standards
• Assist in food preparation tasks including mixing, measuring, and assembling ingredients for various baked items
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the pastry station, adhering to food safety regulations at all times
• Support food production processes by following recipes accurately and ensuring consistent quality

Experience

• Proven pastry experience
• Strong eye for detail and aesthetics
• Knowledge of food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards within the food industry
• Experience in food preparation, baking, and food production techniques
• Familiarity with catering or restaurant settings is highly desirable
• Prior kitchen experience demonstrating ability to work efficiently under pressure
