Role Description
This is a part-time on-site role for a Cashier Customer Service position located in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves providing excellent customer service to patrons, processing transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Additional responsibilities include answering customer inquiries, assisting with orders, managing the cash register, restocking merchandise, and collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Customer service and communication skills to interact effectively and courteously with patrons
- Cash handling and basic math skills for accurate processing of all transactions
- Organizational skills and attention to detail to maintain work areas and ensure accuracy
- Ability to multitask and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- Teamwork and collaboration skills to work efficiently with coworkers
- Strong time management and punctuality
- Previous customer service or cashier experience is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
