Duties
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently to process transactions accurately and swiftly.
- Greet customers warmly, answer questions, and provide product information or demonstrations when needed.
- Handle cash, credit card payments, and other payment methods with precision and integrity.
- Assist with merchandising tasks such as stocking shelves, organizing displays, and maintaining store cleanliness.
- Upsell products by recommending complementary items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers remotely.
- Support inventory management through stock replenishment and inventory checks to ensure product availability.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers.
- Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling procedures, and basic math skills are essential.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced environment.
