Who We Are

The Role
Weekends are our busiest days, and our Weekend Crew keeps the shop running. You’ll be the first face most guests see and the reason they leave happy. You’ll run the front, build orders on the cold line, keep the kitchen moving, and jump in wherever the rush needs you. Quality, variety, real ingredients, fair price, fast service. That’s the job.
What You’ll Do
Front of house
- Run the tills: greet guests, take orders, and keep the line moving
- Answer menu questions and offer recommendations
- Handle guest concerns with a solutions first mindset
- Give accurate wait times and keep guests in the loop
Line and kitchen
- Work the cold line, building sandwiches and orders to our standards
- Run expo, making sure every order goes out right and on time
- Work flex, moving between stations as the shop needs
- Own the dish pit and keep clean wares flowing to the line
Support as needed
- Help with light ingredient prep
- Lend a hand to our bakers during the morning push (you won’t be the primary baker)
Clean and safe
- Follow ServSafe guidelines and our cleaning protocols
- Keep the shop, kitchen, counter, patio, bathrooms, and storage clean and organized
- Open and close using our daily and weekly checklists
- Follow uniform policy
Team
- Check Slack before every shift for updates, product news, and inventory
- Attend staff meetings and trainings
- Cross train, help teammates, and keep the vibe positive
- Give and receive feedback with respect and honesty

Got kitchen or baking skills? Weekday shifts open up for the right people. Want to learn the bake side? Tell us. We’d rather teach a curious person than hire a finished one.
