This role is responsible for driving patient acquisition and retention across multiple specialties, including Pediatrics, General Dentistry, and Orthodontics. The Marketing Manager will oversee a small team, manage vendors, and ensure that all marketing initiatives align with our organizational goals. The ideal candidate is highly analytical, innovative, and experienced in digital and healthcare marketing, with a proven ability to manage campaigns that deliver measurable ROI.

Responsibilities
- Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans to increase patient acquisition, retention, and brand awareness across all specialties.
- Digital Marketing: Lead SEO, PPC, social media, email campaigns, and content creation to strengthen online presence and patient engagement.
- Analytics & Insights: Track and analyze KPIs such as new patient numbers, campaign ROI, and market trends to inform data-driven strategy adjustments.
- Budget & Vendor Management: Oversee marketing budgets, manage external vendors and media partners, and ensure effective allocation of resources.
- Team Leadership: Supervise and coach the Event Coordinator and Social Media Coordinator, fostering collaboration and accountability.
- Compliance: Ensure all initiatives align with HIPAA, healthcare regulations, and industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, with healthcare or dental industry experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data to guide decisions.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and vendor negotiation skills.
- Creative problem-solver with the ability to innovate while staying aligned with compliance standards.
Computer and Software Requirements
- Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, HubSpot/Marketo, SEO/SEM tools).
- Familiarity with analytics and reporting tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, CallRail, Patient Prism, Jarvis Analytics).
- Comfortable with CRM systems, Microsoft Office 365, and project management tools.
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new platforms and technologies.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment
- Ability to work in a onsite practice environment.
- Must be able to sit or stand for extended periods and use standard office equipment.
- Occasional travel between practice locations and to community events may be required.
