Role Description
Beaird Drilling Services is seeking a dedicated and proactive Assistant Project Manager to join our team in Fentress, TX. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of foundation drilling projects. Daily responsibilities include but not limited to: overseeing project timeliness, assisting in logistics and expediting processes, coordinating daily reports, and ensuring all project milestones are met. The Assistant Project Manager will work closely with Senior Level Management to maintain smooth project operations while prioritizing customer satisfaction and upholding quality standards.
Qualifications
- Knowledge in project management and project coordination
- Proficiency in expediting and expeditor roles to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials
- Experience in logistics management and overseeing transportation details
- Familiarity with inspection processes to ensure compliance with quality and project standards
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork and client interactions
- Previous experience in construction, heavy civil, or industrial projects is preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is a plus
