Job Title: GIS Project Manager
Location: Hybrid - Providence, RI (report onsite at least once per week and for some meetings)
Overview
The role supports statewide development and oversight of children’s behavioral health services delivered through the Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic model. The manager focuses on service standards, staffing, delivery quality, operational issues, outcomes monitoring, and funding workflows. The goal is to strengthen partnerships and improve the effectiveness of children’s behavioral health services across the state.

The goal is to strengthen partnerships and improve the effectiveness of children’s behavioral health services across the state.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate CCBHC children’s service delivery. Identify strengths, gaps, and priority improvements.
- Develop service standards and guidelines specific to children and families.
- Lead and support quality improvement activities for CCBHC providers.
- Contribute to statewide planning and decision-making on service delivery.
- Support development of the state’s behavioral health crisis response system.
- Coordinate with the Department of Children, Youth and Families, BHDDH, EOHHS, and other state partners.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in planning or delivering mental health services.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in a clinical or social service field.
