Position: Azure Cloud Architect
Duration: 6 Months Approx.
Location: Richmond, VA
Complete Description
- The Azure Cloud Architect will support the agency by providing expert-level guidance and architecture strategy across Azure environments.
Responsibilities include:
- Advise the agency on Azure architecture and security, including in-place migration strategies and refactoring.
- Recommend and plan lift-and-shift migrations and on-premise to cloud-native transformations.
- Provide recommendations for refactoring existing services within the agency s Azure environment.
- Conduct testing within Azure to demonstrate Minimal Viable Product (MVP) solutions.
- Understand offerings provided by COV, MSI, and other integrated partners.
- Configure Azure services to support agency-level objectives, focusing primarily on Azure-native tools and services.
- Sign and adhere to a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA)
