In this role, you’ll perform routine maintenance and repairs across multiple locations, including Eau Claire, Fox Lake, and Beaver Dam. The ideal candidate is flexible, dependable, and able to respond to urgent maintenance needs, including nights and weekends for emergencies.

In this role, you’ll perform routine maintenance and repairs across multiple locations, including Eau Claire, Fox Lake, and Beaver Dam. The ideal candidate is flexible, dependable, and able to respond to urgent maintenance needs, including nights and weekends for emergencies.
What You’ll Do
- Perform general maintenance and repair tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC troubleshooting
- Complete preventative maintenance to ensure buildings and equipment remain in excellent condition
- Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls, including after-hours and weekends as needed
- Travel between facilities in the Eau Claire, Fox Lake, and Beaver Dam areas
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment
- Communicate effectively with team members and leadership regarding repair needs and project updates
- Experience in general building maintenance or a related trade
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and HVAC systems
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities across multiple sites
- Flexibility to work nights and weekends for emergency situations
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel between locations
- Strong troubleshooting skills and a proactive attitude
