Role Description
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales and Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is vital to ensuring that both our sales agents receive top notch support, and our new merchants enjoy a smooth and professional on-boarding process. You’ll also provide ongoing support to our operations and sales management teams, helping maintain the high standards our partners expect.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with boarding new merchant accounts, ensuring accuracy and compliance with processor requirements.
Coordinate and process documentation for new agent on-boarding, including setup, training materials, and communication access.
Provide daily operational and administrative support to the internal team.
Communicate with agents and merchants to resolve application, documentation, and status inquiries.
Maintain accurate internal records and assist with reporting as needed.
Collaborate with management to streamline and improve internal workflows.
Qualifications
Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to interact effectively with clients, agents, and internal teams.
Spanish speakers preferred
Analytical and Problem-Solving skills to evaluate transaction issues and support operational efficiency.
Knowledge of Sales and Finance concepts to assist with agent inquiries and ensure accurate processing of services.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Proficiency in relevant software tools and systems is a plus.
